The truth is back in October of 2014 after deciding to change career fields from computer information systems to security, I realized that I would have to completely transform myself. I was nearing 500lbs and was 73% body-fat I was natural athlete in my youth though refused to nourish it due to life issue and suffered from weight issues because of it. I want to private schools and didn't really realize anything about weight training and its benefits, they say live and learn so my weight would go up and down from 200-400 then I got my stomach surgery and that was successful for a time. The truth is I was not really a huge eater or food lover, though because I choice to focus on computers and rather then fitness it took a tool on my body. Then in October 2014 I decided to change my body after realizing I could be as big as I wanted and it didn't mean being fat or heavy set. This might sound strange to some but I took to it after meeting a bodybuilder who was an instructor at the certification company I got certified to be an armed guard. I realized then that I had to change my body to both preform my duties and also to get back into my martial arts, weapon training both martial and firearms. I then read everything and watched everything I could being a workaholic I studied like tomorrow wouldn't come and I did it with vitamins and supplements. I have always loved strategy and tactics so it didn't take me very long to form a plan and for the first sixteen months of training I focused on form lifting at round 45% to 50% of my strength with an insane amount of reps at my height I was in the gym for five hours a day. My goals however were not like others as I committed myself to taking off body-fat and replacing it with muscle so I didn't do cardio for the first year but nothing weight training. This ripped through the fat layers and quickly transformed my body and left the desired weight through muscle growth. I started to add cardio in around November/December of 2015 as I realized it was going to be the quickest way to bring in all that access skin as I continued to drop body-fat the skin was coming more of an issue and rather then pay for surgery I was going to have to fill it out.
The reality is I enjoy lifting as it gives me the ability to shape and create my work as I see it, I have control issue and part of the reason I don't drink or smoke, use drugs even medical once if I can help it. I have goals to continue growing but do it right and get as large as both my frame will allow me to do so. I realize though as I get larger the cardio has to go up to continue to build my bodies endurance to handle the size and not have as much effect on my heart and organs. I do not plan to stop growing and I don't plan to use steroids but proof it can be done with max absorption theory and proper supplementation. I am not looking to due it fast but the right way and compete in bodybuilding, strongman, marathon cycling and more at the highest elite levels through time regardless of my age.
