I started seriously the moment the bodybuilding bug bit me in 1991 and have never stopped working out since then. I have never lifted weights because I wanted to improve in sports. I lifted weights because I wanted to be a bodybuilder and one who competes. I owe it all to Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Because it helps me stay big, strong, confident, youthful and healthy. The journey is sweet and the final destination is even sweeter. Being a natural bodybuilder also makes it more worthwhile in the long run.
