I started off in martial arts at a young age, so I was able to be in more in tune with my body than the average person. I have a background in various sports such as soccer and track & field and wrestling and football, but gymnastics was probably my most influential. In my later years, I ran Division I Track & Field as a sprinter or Kent State University and am a MAC champion.
The feeling of obtaining raw power is worth every sweat drop and muscle burn. I love improving myself. My GENERAL goal is to truly "become better with age". But my goal is to always be an elite of what I do, to walk into a room and know that people know that I worked harder than them and I never made the EXCUSES that they live by.
Power. You don't have to be the strongest, or the fastest, to be the most powerful in the room. It is the unique composition and gearing of strength, speed, flexibility, and endurance that makes one the most powerful.
