During my time with the military i considered our physical fitness time they would allot us, along with my daily routine with the unit ( i was infantry so i was very active ) as my workout. After my injuries and the militarys refusal to handle my claims, i decided it was time to go. Now, being a military spouse and finally recovered for the most part i took a good look in the mirror and decided that it was time to call off the pitty party and get back in shape. Going from 5.8% body fat at 5 foot 10 to 15.4 was inexcusable. Although its not comming along very quickly due to my knee injuries limiting my cardio and quad workouts, Im still pushing and im sure with a few diet changes ill be where id like to be within the next year
Hmm. Well having 3 children and a wife who it seems is so stressed from work most days we can never see eye to eye, its a great release and gives me that relax time i need. The amazing feeling after seeing your max lifting weight go up is a great motivation and the attention i get now from other women from time to time keeps my spouse working on the spice in the marriage for her part
