How I got started working out was from the inspiration of one of my freshman year teachers! Coach Bennett! He told me to go to the weight room one day after school and after that day I was hook1 Just knowing that my body can be a strong as I want it to be! I started working out avidly after that!
Why I Love it
The biggest reason I like working out is because I love setting goals and being able to meet those goal and keep making and reaching new goals!
