I started getting into exercise after the birth of my third kiddo. It's been over a year and a half now of off-and-on exercise. I'm looking to ramp it up in the gym and get into a consistent routine again!

It's theraputic, calming, and empowering! It's a great time to focus on myself and boosts my mood throughout the day.
