It started with the 12 week challenge that my gym was running... I knew which PT I wanted because we'd had a few sessions before... I wanted to lose about a kilo a week...
At the start of the challenge I was unfit, to the point of vomiting after a pretty low intensity workout... I was so unhappy in myself... I felt unattractive and had no confidence in my body... I saw every workout as a chore... But by the 4th week I started noticing that I was getting better at doing certain things... My PT was making my weights heavier and I was coping...
By the 8th week, I started noticing that my clothes were getting to be too big so I took photos and cried when I saw the difference... My measurements had dropped significantly and I could see the difference...
It's now week 16 and I feel strong, fit and somewhat sexy... I've still got a long way to go, but I know it's achievable...
