I started doing light work outs and dieting because my doctor suggested it after telling me that at age 22 i had the blood pressure of a 46 year old man. So I had my cousin get me in the gym and he's been my number one inspiration and motivator since then.

I feel better now then I ever have. I am happier, have more energy and I can now play with my daughter and not get so worn out.
