OTF (Ovatrainfitness) is a program that trains with dedication, determination and desire. OTF specializes in calisthenics as it has always been the main focus because the creators of OTF figured out that if a person learns to control his body, the person can control their mind and also control their world surrounding them. OTF is not about over working your muscles because we all know if you over work your muscles, they will not grow, instead they will tear. Overtraining is a mental thing, not much of a physical thing. It's about being above average and consistent with your work. Basic training is for people who brags about their achievements. Overtraining is for people that has other people bragging about their achievements. Basic training is for people who wants a trophy at the end of the year. OTF is for people who wants to be successful. It's not a harsh program with suicidal or fancy workouts, instead it's a program that helps you develop strength, balance, control and endurance each day until you reach your goal....If you want to be great, you can't think like a normal person. If you want to be the best, you have to fall in love with pain. If you want to ovatrain; you'll have to turn your phone, tablet and tv off. In reality, those who trained normally, become the people on the sidelines, the fans, the spectators, the haters and the critics. Those who overtrain are the people we're looking up to right now. Whatever you training in-football, basketball, bible study, weight lifting, calishtenics, college studies, or even karate; basic training won't get you on the court or in the game or in uniform or a championship medal. No champions has became champions from basic training. Ovatraining has a purpose.
