I started gaining an interest in fitness/weight lifting at an young age of 13 years old. Yeah some may say that's to young but I was a small kid my whole life & always admired the thought of having an amazing physique. so throughout the years I played sports & was very active but it was till about 16 when I got a little more serious into weight lifting. I was on & of with it just because I was young & didn't have the attention span to do it day in & day out. That happened when I was in my Jr. Year of high school when I was in football & wrestling I took it to the next level as far as being consistent with my routines. Now I'm 24 and want to take this as far as I can go Making it a lifestyle. I would like to be able to hop on stage for Natural Bodybuilding. I'm also making videos on my YouTube channel (YouTube.com/user/TheAMFITNESS) I enjoy motivating people which is the reason behind my channel & my team (TeamAMF -Aesthetics Motivational Bodybuilding) just taking step by step to acquire My dreams.
