I've always been an athlete as a child. From baseball, soccer, volleyball, track and field, karate, basketball, road cycling, swimming, 1 triathlon. I took a brake from team sports. I joined a gym, hit the weights and been hooked since. I growned to choosing better eating choices and supplementing. I love finding new ways to improve my body I desire. When I see the results it keeps me working harder towards my goals. Bodyspace has change my life. Thanks to all the support and motivation from meeting all these amazing ppl I met on here.
I love it because it fun. It makes my body feel good. I made so many friends who I've look up to. If I ever thought about missing a workout I wouldn't even want to know how I'd feel if I did. I choose to trick the mind to say just show up and take it from there, those are the workouts I like the most:)
