High school was a very active time for me. I played soccer, was a cheerleader, was involved in musicals and more. During my second year of college, life became stressful. I stopped exercising, ate my feelings away, and sat. I ended up gaining a total of 20 pounds since high school. With the motivation of a friend, I started exercising again. One year later, I finally got my groove back. I could maintain a steady gym schedule. However, I was not losing any weight. I became focused and looked up different programs. Miraculously, I cam across Bodybuilding.com. This has been my best work out partner yet. Hopefully, I will be able to make a transformation.

Bodybuilding/ Working out gives me confidence, time of my own, and an outlet. Without it, I would be angry and over stressed all the time.
