I wanted to lose weight after I noticed a severe increase in my weight and I used to be very active. Later, I couldn't keep up when playing basketball and volleyball with friends. Overall, I was out of shape and unhealthy and unhappy. I needed to make changes immediately. I started the Bodypump classes at Gold's Gym in 2011 and loved every minute of them and was reaching goals quickly. On Feb 26th 2012 I had been out of the gym for almost 50 days due to the gyms closing, and on that day I suffered a seizure that kept me out the gym until the spring of the same year. Now in 2013, I'm coming back stronger than ever!
