I started working out for sports in high school. When I graduated from high school I started to take lifting more serious.

My love and understanding of exercise grew when i received my Personal Training certification and Associates degree in Exercise Science and will receive a bachelor degree in Health and Sport Science in fall 2013. Now i get to share my knowledge with others and help them accomplish their goals.

I recently began training for, and competing in Strongman competitions. Which is quite remarkable given my past injuries. I thank God I am able to do what i can. A lot of prayers and several years later I'm stronger than ever and training smart. Dont give up, keep pushing forward, have faith, and good things will happen!
