I have been working out off and on since I was 17 years old. I LOVE TO WORKOUT, I LOVE TO BENCH PRESS AND DO BUTTERFLY WORKOUTS BUT I CANT SEEM TO GET MY HANDS ON THE OLDER STYLE BENCHES THAT WERE MADE BY WEIDER. THAT WAS THE BENCH THAT HAD MY CHEST LOOKING VERY TIGHT AND WITH CUTS. I JUMP ROPE WHEN I CAN ALSO GET ON MY TOTAL GYM 5 DAYS A WEEK. I DONT DO SET OR A CERTAIN NUMBER OF REPS. I JUST GO HARD AT MY WHOLE WORKOUT ROUTINE. WHEN I SAY I WORKOUT THAT MEANS I TRY TO COVER EVERY MUSCLE THERE IS IN MY BODY. I LOVE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO STAY IN SHAPE AND I DO NOT TELL OTHER LIFTERS THAT THEY ARE DOING IT WRONG I JUST GO HARD WITH WHAT I DO. THANKS CT FLETCHER.
IT MAKES ME FEEL GREAT FULL OF ENERGY AND I LOVE THE WAY THE HUMAN BODY CAN TRANSFORM INTO A BEAUTIFUL MASTER PEICE. ALSO THE SOLID TIGHT FEELING THAT I GET AFTER LIFTING LIKE IM GOING TO EXPLODE FEEL SO GOOD. AND MY FATHER WAS A FIT MAN IN HIS DAYS AND I USE TO WATCH HIM AND HIS FRIEND PUMP IRON EVERYDAY AND I WANTED TO GIVE IT A TRY AND I LOVED IT EVERSINCE.
