I started back in high school as fresh, for football and track and field. I never was into it though so I never got anything out of it. When I went to college I kept going but gave up on it and just focused on playing pickup basketball games, occasionally for money I just loved the competitiveness of it. When I took time off from school I gained so much weight, was 250, then I got motivated, FINALLY! Kris Gethin's 12-week program!!! Lost 40 pounds in the -2 weeks. I constantly workout now but I do things my way, only problem is I'm 184 now and I've been trying to bulk since I was 200, I'm stronger, no doubt, but can't put on mass to save my life, any advice would be welcomed.
I love it because I like being naked, may sound weird but that's just who I am. If I'm gonna have clothes off I should at least be presentable for whomever sees me. I also love the thought of being able to push myself beyond the barriers I may have put up in the past.
