I got tired of being thin. I think I gained about 80 lbs in two years (not all muscle of course, but I loved the way I looked/felt). I have lost about 35 lbs of that muscle over the years and I am working hard to gain all of it back!
Why I Love it
I cannot really say. I just really love it with a passion, it's very difficult for me to go with training. Obviously it doesn't hurt if it makes you look and feel better!
