Began highschool as the typically overweight kid who got heckled a little too much. In result, I dived headfirst into nutrition, training, and varsity sports. I started calculating daily macro/micro nutrient intake, kept a workout log, cooked my own meals, and played as many sports as possible. However I kind of fell into the pitfall of greed, I lost unhealthy amount of weight in a short amount of time; from 5'10 205lbs to 135lbs in 5 months via starvation and inhuman amounts of cardio.
Since then I've been slowly (and properly) gaining my weight back as healthily and naturally as possible.
When I lost weight, I was anal about everything, restricting what I ate, etc. However, I've developed a new outlook on moderation as you only live once so I take the time to enjoy the things I love. Has been 4 years since my weight crisis and have gained nearly 50 lbs. Hope to keep the trend strong and keep a healthy mindset.
