In an attempt to not succumb to my genetic predisposition of heart disease and diabetes I have to work out to survive.

It makes me fell strong and capable. It lifts my mood and tempers my behaviors and habits. With aging comes change, weight training and yoga helps to lessen the pain of those changes.
