I got tired of being fat. I used to be real slim, but I was "fat skinny". I eventually gained alot of weight. So my weight has always been up and down due to crash diets. A friend of mine put me on to weight lifting and the benefits of it and I've been hooked.

Great stress reliever and awesome hobby. Oh and I want to look good naked.
