I have dabbled off and on since I studied physiotherapy for one year back in 96/97. I also have a background in dance and am a certified Character Dance teacher. In my younger days I was a student with the Stockholm Royal Opera Ballet. I am the mother of three children and have used the gym to get back in shape after having kids but not really set myself any challenging goals other than to tone up a bit. I'm now ready to get serious... I think it all started with a plank challenge earlier this summer. I managed to do a five minute plank and started to feel like anything is possible. I also realised the importance of goal setting.

What's not to love?! I look at the 40+ section about female body transformation on here and am in AWE of all the strong and beautiful women... Watch out world... here I come!! It'll be me next!
