My husband introduced me to Bodybuilding.com and I loved what I saw. I've got a cruise coming up in May and a family reunion in July. This year I turn 55 and I am starting to feel older than I should. I've put on over 20 pounds in the past 5 years and I just can't stand it anymore. I recently started Zumba at home with a workout buddy and she and I are sharing thoughts and work out pointers.

So much to chose from you could never get burnt out on a workout. Great advise and from people just like me.
