I was scrolling through Instagram one day and saw someones fitness account/weightloss account. They inspired me- I knew that something had to change and that if they could do it then so could I. I made a new instagram- one strictly for tracking my progress. Ive been on my journey for a month now and I can see results. On January 1st I joined Planet Fitness and have been killing it in the gym daily ever since and feel 100% better. I cant wait to see where my journey takes me!

I love it simply because I feel amazing afterwards and all the time!
