Back in April of 2010 I was 196lb all fat and on depression medication. I started a 24 day challenge stop taking the medication and lost a total of 16lb. I was hooked and like most people have had a up and down journey since. I have since got certified as a personal trainer so now I am on a mission to be my vary best because I aspire to inspire before I expire!
