Reading Lee Labrada's book about being fit and how to get there from a beginner. It really inspired me and once I started reading fitness trainer's and fitness model's blogs and Facebook pages, it really fueled the fire I have inside that wants to be healthier, stronger and happier with my body. Support, motivation, determination and education are what truely keeps me going!
I see what I've already accomplished on nutrition alone (down over 50 pounds without working out hardly whatsoever!) I am extremely excited to see what I can accomplish with continuing my good nutrition along side hitting the gym consistantly.
It's a lot of things.. the challenge of it, the pains and struggles that truely make you a stronger person inside and out. I LOVE that! I love looking in the mirror as I progress and see that hardwork and dedication truely does pay off.
