I used to teach group fitness years ago and one of the instructors/persnoal trainers at the gym i worked at asked me if i was interested in competeing in Figure. This was way before bikini was around. I said yes and competed for a few years and placed well but what was fun to me just wasn't fun anymore.. I developed body issues and an eating disorder.. I quit competing and went the complete oppossite way and ate and drank everything i wanted.. Over the past few years i ended up gaining a lot of weight and my body has never been this out of shape.. I will be 44 Nov. 2nd and would like to go into 2015 healthier and happier... :)
