At 16 (2004) in school wanting to get bigger and stronger joined the gym having no clue what I was doing, but had all the motivation in the world to get somewhere. Then at the end of high school at 18 (2006) started olympic style weightlifting for about a year and got all the way up to 180lbs at my peak at weightlifting until I tore my patella tendon. After about a year of rehab I moved on from Olympic style weightlifting and started training more of a bodybuilding style of training with some powerlifting as well. Started at 143lbs when I was 16 then slowly learnt more and more about dieting and training and worked my way up to 210lbs
I love it because it has allowed me to completely transform my body, I love pushing myself to the limit to see how far I can go, and to inspire others to reach their goals... I got all my close mates started at the gym and have been training them and they've all made amazing progress and feel better about themselves and more confident :D
