I have always been an off and on gym go'er, But never really cared for it.. ever since I was 10 I'd do the bench press and basic curls, But I was a junk food ADDICT, I don't recall ever actually having a real healthy meal back then.
I was never exactly fat, Just out of shape... Couldn't run very long without feeling sick or out of breathe, Then... About 2006-2007 I started getting sick with Valley Fever and pneumonia, I had it so bad... In and out of hospitals for about 3 years... I knew it was time for a big change... But kept eating the same... However, I wasn't really getting sick anymore... But I started to get infections... MRSA was a big one.
It was painful, The abscesses felt like knifes going into me.
I now really considered eating better.. I was about 15 and a half at this point.. Started benching and doing pushups and what not. and then started going every day to the YMCA with my dad, I started eating better... not 100% but still ate a lot of salads.. I lost a good 20 pounds off of just eating better!
And now I'm into fitness, Working out at home for now... Have most of all the right weights and benches..ect.
Hoping to one day own my own gym, Or at least train people to live better, And look great.
To live better, Look great, and be unstoppable.
The feel of working out is a huge stress release for me.
It's what I do, And I love it.
