i accepted i was really fat. i was fat... and getting fatter... i was tired of being fat and disgusting!

I decided to change it before it got worse, after a lot of trial and error one thing lead into the next and soon my knowledge grew to allow me to change my physique...

i have yo-yo dieted around a lot and gained mass then cut and lost size then back and forth... now i have a good base of knowledge

New growth, seeing my body change after I push it to do so... a little bit of me time.

But now though, I want to be in good shape so I can live a long healthy life with my wife, and one day kids, I to be able to do things with my kids, and show them there is more to life than sitting in front of a tv playing video games all day like too many kids do this day in age...
