I have followed a lady on Facebook for sometime, and she is really motivational. I am totally new to the whole concept of body building, but wanted to try this fitness style out. Why? Because I am getting older and the body does not do what it used to do, so I am changing things up. This is going to be good for me in a number ways, The program I chose is based on "clean eating", and a manageable workout schedule. I am going to follow through on it to see the results and hopefully change the way I look at fitness and health as I move into my 5th decade of life. Woo hoo!
I love working out because it makes me feel mentally refreshed and accomplished. It is something I can actually finish every day and say, ok, that is done. I can approach my day looking forward to it, or have that sense of accomplishment when it is done. I also love to be firm and tight and you gotta be active for that healthy fit feeling. Working out keeps the diabetes away, it is good for my bones, and my heart. It is good for my self image and it is good on the wardrobe closet too. : )
