It has changed me from a fat and tired old man to one who feels reborn anew! I am on my way to being in the best shape of my life at 53 years young. At 51 you can see in my before picture that I was overweight and a heart attack waiting to happen. What a difference a purposeful diet and exercise can make to energy levels. Not to mention a sense of having that "I feel great" attitude every day as well. Turning your health around is not rocket science or some new gimmick. It's simple work with a purpose.
