I have always been an active person my whole life. I noticed I was getting out of shape when my ex girlfriend was pregnant. So there was a lot of eating, snacking etc...the weight pilled on fast & I stopped going to the gym & was off my routine BIG time.
My clothes were tight, got winded fast & just felt bloated all the time, I hated this...So I began to workout again somewhat eating better but the pounds started to slip away which was great.
I still don't know what to eat, I stopped eating fast food, cut down on pop & candy. still need a diet to follow so if anybody can help me out on this that would be Great!
I love to feel good, my energy to be high & my clothes to fit again. I do not ever want to be in this shape EVER again. I workout to live healthier & do not want to have no heart attack or stroke, which runs on both sides of my family's.
