I came to a new school and met a guy named Dean. He invited me to join him in the school weights room at lunchtimes. I started going to the school weights room every day learning proper form from dean. once I had proper form I starting finding the weight that was right for me.

I love the pump I get when I work out. I've only recently discovered the science behind weight training, a balanced diet and supplementation. now i've started I just can't stop it's a major outlet for all of my anger and excess energy and keeps me feeling good about myself knowing i'm working hard to get my body where I want it to be.
