I always admired a strong body. Always was in awe of how beautiful it is and amazing. I decided one day instead of just being tired of being overweight, I'mma do something about. And after years of failed "diets" by dieticians and diet food delivery programs and great results from workout dvds that incorporated weights, I realized my main problem was consistency. I signed up for the gym October 2014, I had 3 free personal trainer sessions and she opened up my eyes to the world of exercise that I wasn't used to. Weights, machines, cables, medicine balls, TRX, kettlebells. IIt was cardio and strength training all in one. I braved the studio, and decided to join a LesMills BodyPump class and I was HOOKED! My love for lifting had started to blossom. I now need to remember to care for it and nurture it with consistency in exercise and workouts and good food!
