In High School I took a Weight Lifting class and discovered I had the ability to lift hard as the boys. Sadly I was never an athlete and let that fall apart post college. Recently I discovered Darebee and Neila Ray, she taught me that fitness is inside us all this past Fall. I've been doing body weight training and clean eating since October.

It gives me head space to clean out whatever garbage has piled up that blocks my creative passion, a time where I answer to one one but myself. It gives me mental strength as well as physical strength because as I set and achieve goals it's a real sense of victory in my life.
