I started lifting in my sophomore year of high school (2007) for offseason football training. Soon I had given up on football and focused on the weights. It had begun. I joined the Army in September 2010 and gained mass before completing basic training. I was a 3 day a week weightlifter for the first 2 years stationed in Fort Leavenworth, KS. I completed one year in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and my bodybuilding really took off. I've completed my personal trainer certification, specialist in fitness nutrition certificate in progress, and train 5-6 days a week, 2 or more of those days are 2 sessions per day. I couldn't be happier. I am in my fourth year of active service and currently stationed in Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA.
My name is Blake and I believe in fitness. I love the pump, the veins, the size, and the confidence I gain every time I touch iron. Every rep makes me stronger, every set makes me bigger, better than I was yesterday. I also want to train and help others feel like I do about fitness. My ultimate goal is to attain my associates degree in Exercise Science from the International Sports Science Association, my associates degree in business, and open / operate / train at my own gym. I'm always looking for new workout partners and tips and tricks of the game, so use this site and make friends and may everyone train insane. Once again, my name is Blake Siegman and I believe in fitness
