I used to be 145 lbs throughout highschool. I was part of the athletic division for my JROTC team and also drill team commander. Also I was a breakdancer throughout highschool. After graduating, I ended up working some places, but when I ended up in a call center and met my wife (whom cooks a lot), I crept my way up to a staggering 249 lbs! After seeing myself in a picture, I knew I had to turn things around. I managed to get myself down to the lower 200s, but I often float from 200-215 depending on how work schedule goes.

I love seeing the results! I'm continually increasing my muscle strength.
