It was my wish to train muscles when i was 12 years old, cause my favourite idol was Jean Claude van Damme,I wanted to be like him when i grow up, so my dad bought and built a homegym and so i started training. In this time i canceled my football training and started to train Shotokan Karate. People/Trainer said I'd have a great potential and later I started 3 years for the austrian national team (while lifting weights at the same time) and won some titles (2.place EGKF EM, 2.place ESKA EM, 2.place czech open,...). As a result over years my body became ripped but not very massive at all. Later when I was 21 I stopped competing in karate. I decided to put all my effort into fitness and that was the turning point of me. Fitness combined with healhy lifestyle was my new passion.
The feeling when I finsihed my workout is unpayable for me and during lifing weights I love the pumped muscles with their veins. Its very nice to see the body growing over years and getting positive feedbacks about what I am doing. I love challenging myself every day with workouts and setting new goals. Fitness and sports turned me into the man I am today.
