I played sports and lifted weights in high school and college. I fell off track when I started my career, marriage and family. I got back into the weight lifting this winter thanks to my boyfriend. He told me about the website. On his recommendation, I completed the Lee Labrata program.

Total stress reliever. Running got me thin again. I enjoy the runners high. Lifting this winter really made keeping my weight down easy. I love the results!
