I've struggled with my weight my entire life. I've been around the same size for all of my adult life and that needs to change. I've never been happy with my appearance, but have never done anything about it. I've always eaten fairly healthy, but a desk job and other unhealthy aspects of my life kept my body the same.

Changes are made and I am committed. The physical change will only be part of the battle, but a pretty big part. Wish me luck!
