One day in December of 2011 I noticed that I could no longer see my belt buckle. While I was on vacation with my sister, who was on the Weight Watchers program I noticed how well she ate and realized that it was a diet that would give me the tools to live a better life and I could easily adapt to it.

From Dec. 2011 until now, (Sept. 2013) I have lost 115 pounds and I feel great and look great.
