I have worked out on and off for several years. Got myself into quite the rut a few years back and joined this page and a gym. The last 2 years I have a new found love for at home workout programs and became a Beachbody Coach. The programs work for me and I LOVE inspiring others to get fit and love themselves again! And I love this Site for motivation and support form those that have similar goals! :)

I love the way I feel when I work out. I love lifting weights and the energy I get after a workout. And I want to look hot and feel confident in a bikini! ;)
