at thirteen I started with weight lifting for a few months, weighing 75 kilograms and lifting 75 kilograms I was asked to compete in the adult category (not to be for my age / weight a clear category) my goal was to lift 100 kilograms or more to overcome my nearest rival, a little later they told me they had to pay a significant amount of money each month, so I had to leave because they can not afford.
From then until the sixteenth nothing serious, at sixteen I started to attend irregularly gyms for various reasons (while training at home, without veraderos results due to lack of information) I found and started to buy the magazine Muscle & Fitness (Spanish edition) the which gave me the knowledge needed to start really seriously and in good standing.
a year ago I started a new gym, after a few months due to an accident I suffered a broken right hand, I had to stop going for three or four months, once recovered I went back and a blow to the area unfortunated injured, broke my hand,went back to so I had to stand back another 3 or 4 months now, for fear of further injury, trained at home, gradually increasing the weight without losing even a second motivation, I am determined to get a physical with which I found at last begin to be comfortable and safer myself.
that is a way of making you feel good about yourself, to better yourself, improve, both in health and fitness, both physically and psychologically (because when they see the physical you want can help you feel more sure of yourself and happy)
