I have always loved sports, but when i turned 17 i stopped doing gymnastics so i decided i would join a gym because i wanted to have a toned and pumped body. So I got started, with poor nutrition and very lousy workouts, but I grew to love the sport. Eventually, thanks to Steve Cook, Bodybuilding.com, Rob Riches and a few others, my knowledge was enhanced, and my passion was fed even more. But it wasn't until I discovered Ben Pakulski that I really started to understand muscle building and nutrition. With the purchase of his MI40 program, I made the most and fastest changes to my body. The fire and knowledge grew. I discovered Layne Norton, Jacob Wilson, Nick Cheadle, Mike O'Hearn, Simeon Panda, Ulisses, etc. My arsenal of information got better and better, as did my workouts and nutrition. Now, I can't stop. There is something about feeling a muscle contract that is inexplicable. You just feel powerful, fierce and calm and the same time. Then, you become a beast, jacked and shredded, and no one can bring you down. You become your one hero.
