I got started working out in high school to gain an advantage on the football field and the wrestling mat. Overtime, I enjoyed working out more and more. Working out is now part of my everyday life, and I dont feel complete unless I have been in the gym that day.

I love working out due to the feeling after a hard workout, out of breath, hard to walk or move, and the general feeling of wellness when I know I pushed myself.
