Ok, so I just created a new Body Space...my old one was outdated and honestly, so much has changed since then. New goals and new habits!! I am a thirty year old mother of one, 4 year old little boy. I have always loved working out and for the most part I tend to always eat healthy. I am recently engaged and now, my goal is not just to be thin and healthy, but to look amazing in my wedding dress. This is my second wedding, and I want to look ten times hotter than I did the first time around. :)

I love working out and Body Building because it makes me happy. If I have a bad day, a good workout always turns it around.
