Working out is very therapeutic to me it helps me clear my mind and find balance, for several years I lost my way and partying was my life, I started to lose all faith in myself and others.
One morning I woke up and I knew I had to change, I needed to find myself again, so I put on my running shoes and started running something I use to love doing when I was younger and still occasionally did when stressed. From then I decided to give crossfit a go, crossfit is amazing and I caught the crossfit bug, wanting to learn more I went on to do a Personal Training course though enjoyable I knew I couldn't learn everything in a couple of months that this cause ran for and started researching on ways to transform my body and to learn how to transform others. I went to a body building competition not long after to see a friend compete and after what I saw I thought "WOW!!" I was inspired by the hard work and the dedication and decided to give it a go.
I competed in my first comp last September, 4 months of BB training, I placed 5th.
I am now addicted to body building, I get excited about seeing improvements and watching my body grow, My next comp is in May and then I will be striving for the Arnold Classics Australia 2015.
