I've always been active, but upon getting a desk job at age 22, I gained 30lbs in a year. Since moving on and MOVING again, I've dropped down to my current active 150 range. I'm tired of stagnation at looking "okay" and want to kick it up to the next level of personal performance and appearance. Having worked out in gyms and in nature for years, I'm familiar with the path I need to take to achieve my goals, but I'm here for the accountability and tweaks to help me blast through plateaus and achieve the best body I'm capable of earning.
I love how I feel after a workout and sometimes during! I love the feeling of cresting a hill on a hike or trail run, and knowing it's all downhill from there, in a good way! I love the tingle I get in my legs after sustained cardio, I love the adventure of surfing and skiing and SUP. I'm considering getting into biking and after that triathlons loom. I'm beginning to feel the satisfaction from lifting more than I did last week, and from seeing my muscle definition pop as I do my reps.
