Less than 3 months ago I had my third baby in less than 6 years, my body as taken a beating! I have always lost the pregnancy weight but this time around I am looking to totally transform my body.

I love the feeling that I am getting stronger. I have always lived doing cardio, I'm a total girl! My husband has been trying to convince me to focus on lifting and I finally gave in and now I'm hooked!
