About a year ago, I made some major life changes and decided to cut out all of the things that had been dragging me down for most of my adult life. I quit drinking, I quit going out four nights a week, I found God and a church that I can finally call home. Along with these choices, I still wanted to better myself and began working out more often than I had in the past (which wasn't very frequent). I started seeing positive changes in my body and overall outlook on life and wanted to continue to make every improvement possible. It's only up from here!!
The feeling I get while doing a workout is indescribable. Making goals for yourself, achieving new PRs, being motivated by your friends and peers to push yourself when you don't know if you can continue going any further....it's a rush! Every day I put in the effort to get through a killer workout, is another day I feel even stronger and better about myself.
